Occasionally students need extra help on an assignment or a friendly reminder about what is expected of them. On this page some useful tips relating to class projects will be put, as forwarded by the instructors or students themselves as  a means of helping each other, so they can find the help they need even when the instructor(s) is(are) not available (e.g., on holydays, weekends or evenings). And this page will surely update the tips and hints when new assignments are due.

For example, if my algebra class is just starting to work with word problems, the page might include tips on how to approach the next problem set - as it is forwarde by instructors or students themselves. Or if they're working on a writing project, the webmaster, again as it is forwarded by instructors or students, could include some hints on how to construct a paragraph, a topic sentence, or a short essay.

General Study Tips

In this area I might include some tips and guidelines that students should keep in mind regardless of the specific assignment, such as:

When writing, never forget who your audience is. The written word is meant to be read, but it won't always be read by the same audience. Tailor your writing style to suit the people who will be reading your work.

This is especially deemed invaluable for those who are supposed to write term papers, seminars or research, as part of their course or for the fulfilment of their undergraduate or postgraduate programe.
